Thai Onion Chicken.

Nowadays, if you sit in a restaurant in Thailand or Thailand, you will find a menu that is onion chicken. It basically followed the Thai or Chinese recipe and cooked in our local way, very easy and simple cooking. I have seen this recipe in many restaurants and basically this cooker is cooked very red (using the food color), the Bonus Julius cut chicken cooks the young boy likes to eat. On the other hand, those who do not like chicken fries, they are vegetarian with fried rice and prefer to eat it with a chicken!
Let's show you this easy cooking, in our own way and by the tool near your hand! Restaurants use food colors to increase taste and color to increase taste, which we have avoided. We think that it should not be used to increase the taste of the food and look beautiful in the eye, which may have harmed the body! The quality of the food should be cooked with great importance and without any harm to the body.
But it is not said before, it is cooked in the pan and the firestorm is set on fire, but if you want you can cook the fire as you like, no matter! Let's see!

Equipment and quantity (roughly one bowl)
- Chicken bunesse, long cut (Julian cut) 200 g
Onion Flat: Desi, 200 grams (one onion divided by four)
- Ginger, half table spoon
- Garlic paste, one teaspoon
- Chopped chili, half teaspoon (if you have a few sesame seeds, you can give a little more color if the color is increased)
- Soyasus two table spoons
Tomato sauce is four tablespoons or slightly lower
- Raw chilies a few
- Sugar: Two pinches or slightly more
- Salt: Amount of quantity (first to start with low, afterward taste more)
- Oil: 6/7 tablespoons
- Water: One part of a cup of four parts More
- Rice gram: one tablespoon (or Corn Flour), to make the dough thick
-Cooking milk: Half teaspoon

Preparation: (Photo by speaking)

Picture 3, heat oil in the cauldron and fold it with a combination of chicken and onion.

Picture 4, Keep the fire up

Picture 5, can give a chili. Fold

Picture 6, Sugar day.

Picture 7, reduce the fire and keep it covered for a little while, then the chicken will be boiled. You can take a little water if you can.

Picture 8: Take a couple of tablespoons of water with the rice powder and crushed milk.

Picture 9, just like that will come.

Picture 10, Now with Tomato Sauce. Let the fire run.

Picture 11, Now mix rice and milk powder.
Picture 12, increase the fire, move with the khutti, to look good or those who like a little sour, they can slice a chili (leave the beans).

Picture 13 Take a look at the 13th, the first taste, and if you want salt. Increase the fire. The sugar will become dense!

Image 14, it's been done!

Pictures are ready for the 15th exhibition.

Picture 16 can be eaten with polo or fried rice. Taste good

Picture 17, it was a tweet in our afternoon cooking! Ha ha ha ...
Look, it's easy to cook! Hopefully cook yourself one day, whether we have told the truth! And those who have cooked this cook in the restaurant, you can understand!
Best wishes to all.  Credit By: udrajirannaghor.wordpress.com
