Protein needs body.

And when eating meat, white meat should be eaten, like chicken meat. And the red mix should be avoided as much as possible. This will bring good results later. If you want to eat red meat then you must eat fat and then eat it. "

Protein needs protein:
What is said above is the words of those who eat fish and meat. But the fish who do not like to eat meat for eating fish or for the different reasons, what are the vegetarian banquets, what will happen to them? In response to this question, Dr Shamsuddunahar Nahid said that there is a lot of protein in the form of pulses or pulses, such as granules, kidney beans, nuts and vegetables. But it is called second class protein.

Protein for people with different diseases:
