Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe | Healthy Recipes.

 INGREDIENTS :

6 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
½ teaspoon ground mustard 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

How to make Deviled Eggs



DIRECTIONS :



1.  Place eggs in single layer in the 2-quart saucepan; add enough cold water so it is at least
     1 inch above eggs. Heat to boiling; remove from heat. Cover; let stand 20 minutes. Drain; rinse with cold water. Let stand in ice water 10 minutes.


2.  Peel eggs; cut lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks into the medium bowl; set egg whites aside. Mash yolks with the fork until smooth; stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.


3. Fill egg white halves with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
