How to cook american Pico De Gallo Salsa.

Pico De Gallo Salsa

Hello friends, How are you? Today I provide a new sweet recipe Pico De Gallo Salsa. It is a very delicious Salsa recipe. So read this attentively.



Ingredients: 

Leftover whole tomatoes 

1 onion 

1 lime 

1 jalapeno 

The handful of fresh coriander 


Method: 

Chop up your leftover tomatoes keeping them chunky. 

Once they are all cut up, put them in the bottom of a colander and leave to drain. 

Dice up your onion and put to one side. Finely dice your jalapeno. If you don’t like your salsa too spicy you can remove the seeds to make it milder. 

Finely chop your coriander so that the salsa isn’t too ‘feathery’. 

Add all your ingredients together including the drained tomatoes and the juice of the lime and mix well. 

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
