 INGREDIENTS :

2 cups of polao rice (Govinda bhoj Rice)
4-5th corset
2 chilies
Bay Zapata 2-3
Half cup Mudgal fried

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 spoon red lankar powder
1 spoon yellow powder
1 spoon roasted coriander powder
A few hot spices
2 spoons of ginger
2 tablespoons of ghee
Salt like taste
A small bowl of choice vegetables
Little sugar

DIRECTIONS :

Cook rice and pulses 1 hour before cooking. Take out the water just before cooking.

Heat oil in the utensil and lighten the vegetables lightly. Keep water in another container warm.

After that, keep on frying it with pulses and rice in the oil with dry chilies, bay leaf, and whole hot spices.

After that, keep stirring with cumin powder, coriander powder, sliced cinnamon, Lankan powder, yellow powder and ginger paste.

Give the hot water a little bit and cook, do not drink at once.

If the rice is boiled, give it to the vegetables.

Before cooking, mix it with ghee and sugar.

Serve this time with roasted cheeses. Fried fish or potato, eggplant can be fried.
